When do you collect Direct Debit payments?

If you have an active Direct Debit mandate on your account, you will receive an email alert around the 21st of the month prior to collection.

The email will detail the exact collection date, the amount to be collected from your bank account, and any associated invoice references appertaining to the month’s collection. Whoever is listed as the Account's contact on the account will receive the email alert. 

Like with all automated emails from us, there is no way to turn these email alerts off as automated emails are only sent for important matters, and we must advise our customers about any changes or upcoming payments etc.
