Transferring calls on Snom phones
There are two types of transfer
Blind transfer on a Snom phone
- Press the Transfer key or select the Xfer softkey during a call.
- Enter the number you want to transfer the call to and press the Tick button or select a contact from the list and press the Tick button.
- If you have a speed dial key set up, you can press it to transfer the call to the associated contact.
Attended transfer on a Snom phone
- Whilst on a call, press the Hold key. This will place the ongoing call on hold.
- Enter the number you plan to transfer the call to and press Tick
- This will connect you to the person you want to transfer the call to
- After speaking with that person, press the Transfer key or the Xfer soft key to complete the transfer.
