Please note that Packnet will be operating on reduced staff and different opening hours over the holiday period from 24th December to 1st January.

We recommend you make any orders or support requests before the 19th of December.

Metis, Orders, Switchboard and all other Packnet voice systems will remain available throughout the holidays and our monitoring systems will continue to operate 24/7.

From Friday 2nd January Open as usual
