Packnet direct debit processing and collection dates in 2026

The table below shows the dates on which Packnet will process billing data for collection via Direct Debit.

The processing date is when we calculate the balance owed per customer and send email notifications of the amount to be debited via direct debit and the associated invoices.

The collection date is when we request the owing amount from customers' banks.
