Commission Programme

The Packnet commission (affiliate) programme allows resellers and channel partners to earn commissions on sales of services to new customers managed directly by Packnet Limited.

It works like this

  1. To qualify for the commission model, you must have either a reseller or channel account with Packnet.
  2. If you wish to add a potential new customer to the commission programme, send their details to the Packnet sales email address. From there, we will contact you to discuss the pricing to be offered to the customer and the commission rate.
  3. Commission is the percentage between the sale price to the customer and the cost price quoted to you by Packnet.
  4. Once that is in place, you can go ahead and quote the customer for the services, or introduce Packnet, and we will send the quote to the customer.
  5. Once the customer agrees to the quote, they will be onboarded to the Metis system, just like any other new customer. They will have access to Metis and will need to complete a direct debit mandate for billing.
  6. For any billed services, payments will be collected via direct debit at the usual times.
  7. Once Packnet receives payment, you will be sent a breakdown of the commission due. Commission can only be paid on settled invoices.
  8. Send an invoice to the Packnet accounts team for the commission amount, and indicate whether you wish it paid to your company bank account or applied as a credit to your wholesale account.
  9. Commission payments will be paid only to reseller and channel accounts whose wholesale accounts are up to date and have no outstanding balance greater than the current month's invoice. For any accounts that are not up to date, the commission payment will be paid only to the company bank account or applied as a credit to the account once the account is up to date.
  10. Commission payments do not apply to the following services:
    1. Calls to NGN numbers.
    2. Call to UK and International freephone numbers.
    3. Connectivity, ancillary charges and termination fees.
    4. WLR ancillary and termination fees.
    5. Number porting and porting associated charges.
