Broadband order types
| Type | Description | 
| New Provide | New installation of a SOGEA, FTTP, FTTC or G.Fast circuit. | 
| Migration | Transfer a service that you already own. Important: If you migrate a PSTN line to SOGEA you will lose the CLI number and the ability to make and receive calls. | 
| Working Line Takeover | Transfer ownership of a working line from the current building occupant (i.e. you are moving into the premises and wish to take over an existing line that you do not currently own). Important: If you take over a PSTN line to SOGEA you will lose the CLI number and the ability to make and receive calls. | 
| Restart Stopped Line | Reactivate a ceased line (the end user must ensure the line is in a good working condition where no additional work is required or additional charges may apply). | 
| SIM Provide | PSTN and Broadband orders are linked together via a SIM code, either with the same or different providers. | 
| Succession Provide | FTTP only. Add a new FTTP connection to an existing install. |
