Pause and Unpause Call Recording
Requirements: Call Recording enabled on the outbound number you are using.
To find out if call recording is activated, log into Metis and navigate to Call Recordings > Recording Preferences.
How to pause and unpause
To
PAUSE call recording whilst you are on a call key:

UNPAUSE call recording whilst you are on a call key:

You can pause and unpause however many times you like during the call and the file will be uploaded to your Metis account in one file just as it usually would be.
This will only affect the call you are on at the time of pausing or unpausing - not your actual call recording preferences.
