How to add a call divert or call forward

You can use Metis to forward your VoIP number to your mobile or another external number.

1. Click Incoming Calls
2. Find your number and click Add To
3. Fill in the dial plan form as shown in this example (your priority may differ):
   1. Add To: Main Dial Plan
   2. Priority Order: Add to End (For a forward after ringing internal extensions), or, Add to Main Dial plan Priority 4 (For an immediate forward)
   3. Feature: Dial
   4. Destination: External Number
   5. External Number: Target number for your divert (e.g. 01616602350)
