Call Recording
Call Recording can be legally required by some businesses or very useful for others.
Please check your Pricing page before enabling this feature.
Call Recording Settings
Using the left-hand menu, click Call Recording and then select the Call Recording Settings tab.
You can record Inbound and Outbound for all numbers by clicking on the relevant "Select All Available" checkbox.
Once you are happy with your selection click Submit to save.
Recording Preferences
You can retain call recording files from 30 days to 6 Years. Once files hit the retention date, you can choose what happens to them:
- Deleted. Recordings will be removed and cannot be retrieved after the retention date has passed.
- Stored in an Amazon S3 Instance. Recordings will be uploaded to your Amazon S3 storage bucket. This feature is a chargeable extra, check your Pricing page for up-to-date cost information.
Click Submit to confirm your selection.
Trunk Recording Settings
Trunk Recording is for outbound only. Use Call Recording Settings for inbound recording.
An Outgoing Trunk Group is required to use this page. Outgoing Trunk Groups are created in the Outgoing Calls page
Search Recorded Calls
Once call recording is enabled, you can then start searching for your call recording files.
