How to create and manage your Dashboards
Dashboards is a web-based, real-time, “wallboard” representation of your business’s inbound and outbound call statistics.
It can be used to see your business as a whole or you can create multiple dashboards based on Call Queues used within your business.
From the left menu, select Dashboards
To add the first dashboard, select the add option next to the 'standard' option.
This is the standard dashboard completion screen. Any additional 'Call Queues' that are created within your account profile will be available to create as a dashboard. See this guide on adding queues
Next add your IP address to the access list. One IP address can be added at a time e.g. 185.13.80.1, but you can add as many ip's as you need.
You will not be able to access your dashboard until an IP address is added to the access list.
Once this is done, you can click on the 'Dashboard URL'.
