How to Use The Extensions Report

The extensions report is navigated to thus:

Administration > Reports > Service Reports > Extensions

It shows a summary of all extensions within a reseller or channel listing the overall number and then how many are allocated to each customer which gives a good overview of the number of phones in use by customers.

If the dates and times of extension creation or cancellation are required this can be viewed at the customer level and will appear similar to the screenshot below.
