How do I find my broadband IP address

We will need your internet connection IP address to troubleshoot an issue. 

Here are a few ways to find that information. 
Just to remind you, some services have a dynamic address that can change occasionally. 

Finding my IP address in Metis

If we are your connection provider, log in to Metis and go to the Reports page.
Select the Service Report tab and then the Broadband report. For more information, click on the eye icon. You can see your broadband connection IP address and other related details.

Alternative options

You can search 'What is my IP address' on Google or use one of the third-party sites that appear on the Google search.
If you are using MacOS or Linux, then run the following command from a terminal session
