Accessing voicemail boxes
Before you start
You will need your voicemail box's 4-digit PIN, found on the
voicemail page in metis.
You will need a device connected to our VoIP service.
Logging into a voicemail box using Direct Login
- Dial 8 followed by the mailbox number (e.g. If your mailbox number is 100, dial 8100)
- Enter your four-digit PIN
Logging into a voicemail box using General Login
- Dial 8888
- Enter the mailbox number
- Enter your four-digit PIN
Logging into a voicemail box using the Voicemail Key
- Press the voicemail key from your VoIP handset (must be configured)
- Enter your four-digit PIN
