Where can I see pricing information
All pricing information can be found in the Metis portal.
The pricing option is available via the left menu as follows:
If you have a reseller, channel or customer account, it's here;
Login > Pricing
Product groups break down pricing. The groups are just logically associated products. Click on a group to view the products within that group and their price information.
In the example below, we are viewing the price group "VoIP Services".
The column information is as follows:
| Table Value | Description |
| Service | This is the name of the service Billing. |
| Billing | There are two options for billing. 1. Monthly (These services are billed month on month). 2. One-Off (These services are billed at the point of order, e.g. IP Phones, Broadband Routers). |
| Description | Detailed information about the service. |
| Type | Service subcategory. |
| Price | This is the cost of the service. |
| Updated Price | If the price has changed within the current month, this will show the price at the start of the following month. |
| Updated Price Start Date | If the price has changed within the current month, this will show the date the new price will come into effect. |
