What are Call Rates?
Call rates are the costs associated with dialling specific destinations around the world.
Billed in UK GBP (£) on a per-second basis.
Call Rates are split into the following sections on a per-destination basis:
- Call Peak Rate: This is the charge applied to any call made between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday-Friday, and all weekend periods (GMT)
- Call Off Peak Rate: This is the charge applied to any call made between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00 Monday-Friday, and all weekend periods (GMT)
- Connection Charge: This is the charge associated with call setup for the given destination, irrespective of the time.
