Ordering 3CX
3CX is ordered from the Orders portal: https://orders.mymetis.co.uk/
Users with the following account profiles can access and place orders via this portal
- Resellers (can place orders on behalf of themselves and their customers)
- Channel (can place orders on behalf of themselves and their customers)
- Customer
Log in to the Orders portal using your Metis account details and select 'Place an order' from the homepage.
Use the search boxes to confirm who the order is for and submit.
Using the manufacturer filter, untick 'Select all' and tick '3CX'.
You can find or search for the items you need and click 'Buy' to add them to your cart.
3CX is virtual software so the 'Stock Level' will show as zero but you can still proceed with the order.

In this example, there is a shipping charge because the 3CX-SBC-PI is a physical device. There will be no shipping charges if your cart only contains 3CX Licenses and Hosted Elements.
Following a successful order, our support team will contact you to confirm your new 3CX license details and help you set up the PBX.
