How to place an order using the hardware ordering platform
The hardware ordering platform can be accessed at this location https://orders.mymetis.co.uk
Users with the following account profiles can access and place orders via this portal
- Resellers (can place orders on behalf of themselves and their customers)
- Channel (can place orders on behalf of themselves and their customers)
- Customer
Once you have logged in, the home screen is shown.
From this screen, the user can
- Place a new order
- Review existing orders
- Access the FAQ information.
How to place an order
From the home screen, select 'Place an Order'
Use the search boxes to confirm who the order is for and submit. This will then take you to the product choice pages.
Use the search and filter option on the left panels to find the products you want to order. Products that are out of stock cannot be ordered. Select your items and add to cart.
Once items have been added to the order, you can view the basket's contents via the basket icon in the top right.
Use the 'View Cart' option to confirm shipping and delivery address information.
Available delivery options are as follows:
Next Day Delivery (Default option), Pre 9 AM, Pre 10 AM, Pre 12 midday, Saturday Pre 9 AM, Saturday Pre 10 AM, Saturday Pre 12 midday.
If you have a PO to associate with the order, add this in the 'Your Reference no.' field. Accept the terms and conditions and invoice confirmation, then place the order.
Order updates will be sent to the ordering party's main contact email address, and invoices will be sent to the account contact email address.
Review your order
Select the Review option from the home screen.
The order report will show a list of all orders placed against your account. Click on the order number to see order details.
