Summer Bank Holiday Time of Day Routing (TODR)

Add a new TODR rule which sets the incoming number to 'out of office' on the UK Summer Bank Holiday (Monday 31st August).

How to set TODR when the company is closed on Monday 31st August
The below screenshot shows the existing TODR rule for the company's 'working hours':
To add the new rule covering Monday 31st August, go to the Incoming Calls page, click the Time of Day Routing tab, and click +Add To.
Using the Add A New Time of Day Routing Rule feature, enter or select the following values:

| Start/End time | "Any time" |
| Days of the Week | Leave unselected |
| Days of the month | 31 |
| Months of the year | Aug |
| Order position | 1 |
| Calls in time range go to | Out of Office Hours |
Click "Submit" to save the new TODR rule.
Click "View Time of Day Routing Rules" and confirm that the new rule is displayed. TODR rules are actioned sequentially, so ensure it's above the rule for "working hours":
