How to setup your voice mailbox greetings

You can use mailbox greetings to play a message when you are unavailable or miss a call.  

Recording your unavailable message

The unavailable message is used when you do not answer the phone or if your extension is unregistered. It is also used in dial plans.

1. Log in to your mailbox
   1. You can either dial 8888 which wil prompt you to enter your mailbox number and then mailbox pin or
   2. Dial 8 and your mailbox number e.g. 8300, where 300 is your mailbox number. You will then be prompted to enter your mailbox PIN.
2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options
3. Press 1 to record your unavailable message
   1. Press 1 to Accept
   2. Press 2 to Review
   3. Press 3 to Re-record

Recording your busy message

The busy message is used when you are on the phone. It is not used in dial plans.

1. Log in to your mailbox
   1. You can either dial 8888 which wil prompt you to enter your mailbox number and then mailbox pin or
   2. Dial 8 and your mailbox number e.g. 8300, where 300 is your mailbox number. You will then be prompted to enter your mailbox PIN.

3. Press 2 to record your busy message
   1. Press 1 to Accept
   2. Press 2 to Review
   3. Press 3 to Re-record

Recording your name

Your name is used if you have not already recorded an unavailable or busy message.

1. Log in to your mailbox
   1. You can either dial 8888 which wil prompt you to enter your mailbox number and then mailbox pin or

2. Press 0 for Mailbox Options
3. Press 3 to record your name
   1. Press 1 to Accept
   2. Press 2 to Review
