How can I get a copy of my invoices?
All invoices can be downloaded directly from Metis.
If you have a reseller or channel account, log in and select 'Purchase Invoices' from the left menu. Use the filters or input the invoice number in the search box to find a specific invoice. To see all historical invoices, click submit.
If you have a customer account, log in and select 'Invoices' from the left menu. Use the filters or input the invoice number in the search box to find a specific invoice. To see all historical invoices, click submit.
