Porting Request Pre Validation

If you or your company is in doubt about your numbers and their associated address and type information, we strongly advise that you submit a 'Pre-Validation Request'. 

What is a pre-validation request?

A 'Pre-Validation request' is a process to obtain detailed information from the current provider about a number. 

How long does a pre-validation request take to process?

It will take a minimum of five working days.

Is there a cost for a pre-validation request?

Yes, it costs the same as a single-number port. Please refer to your Pricing page in Metis.
