Where can I view my call rates
Call Rate information is available in the Metis portal.
If you have a reseller or channel account, you can see your call rates using the Call Rates option from the left menu in Metis under either the reseller or channel sections.
Select the View Base Rates option for full A to Z rate information.
All rates are listed in GBP (Sterling) in the format £0.000000.
Column Header | Definition |
---|---|
Location | The name of the destination |
Code | The 3 or 4 digit code associated with the location |
Peak Charge | This is the rate in GBP per minute for a call made between 8 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday. |
Offpeak Charge | The rate in GBP per minute for a call made outside of peak hours. |
Connection Charge | The charge applied to a call in addition to the per-minute rate. |
Acronyms and their meanings for Non Geographic Numbers (NGN) and Directory Enquiry (DQ) rates.
