Finding your client accounts in Metis
Resellers, Channel & Customers account types
There are three types of client account in Metis.
Resellers are the parent account type for channels.
Reseller accounts can create channel and customer accounts.
Channels are the parent account type for customers.
Channel accounts can create customer accounts only.
Finding any customer by company name
The first method uses the "search bar" at the top of the Metis screen. You can use this to search by company name.
Then pick your customer account from the results table. You can see this search returns all client types, and shows the status of the accounts. Accounts can be in any of the following status.
- Active (account is in normal operation)
- Suspended (account has been suspended)
- Suspended Fraud (account has been suspended automatically due to suspicious dialling patterns)
- Closed (account has been fully closed)
Reseller: Show all your channel accounts
If you have a reseller account, your customers will be listed under one of your channel accounts. Use the Show Channels menu item to list all channel accounts.
Select your Channel account from the list of results.
Channel: Show all your Customer accounts.
If you have a Channel account, you can list all your customer accounts by selecting 'Show Customers' from the left menu bar.
Click the customer account number or view option to select a customer.
