How to Back up and Restore your dial plans

You should back up your dial plan before making any significant changes. You can also overwrite dial plans with previous backups by using the Restore feature. 

How to back up a dial plan

  • Click Incoming Calls
  • Find the dial plan and click Backup / Restore
  • Select Backup
select the backup option
  • Enter the Backup Name and click submit

How to restore a backup

  • Click Incoming Calls
  • Find the dial plan and click Backup / Restore
  • Select Restore
  • Using the drop-down menu, select the dial plan you wish to restore
  • Check the Dial Plan Details and ensure it is the correct backup
  • Click Submit
