How to Back up and Restore your dial plans
How to restore a dial plan from a backup
You should always back up your dial plan before making any significant changes.
The Restore feature can also overwrite dial plans with previous backups.
How to back up a dial plan
Click Incoming Calls
Find the dial plan and click Backup / Restore
Select Backup
Enter the Backup Name and click submit.
How to restore a backup
Click Incoming Calls
Find the dial plan and click Backup / Restore
Select Restore
Using the drop-down menu, select the dial plan you wish to restore
Check the Dial Plan Details and ensure it is the correct backup
Click Submit
