How to place a broadband order
The Metis ordering form is intuitive and easy to use. The ordering process is more or less the same across all products;
- Perform availability check
- Select broadband product
- Select provision type (new provide, migration, working line takeover etc.)
- Select care level and IP address requirements
- Enter site contact details
- Select appointment requirements
Select broadband product
Following a successful availability check, select one of the available products and click Place Order.
Select provision type
Depending on your requirements, select from the range of provision types.

Enter site contact details
The engineer will contact this person and phone number before they arrive at the site. A mobile number is preferable.
Select appointment requirements
New Provides always require an engineer visit to the site, however, it is optional for other provision types. For more information, read our article about Appointment Requirements.
If you need an appointment, select the Appointment Type and the preferred date and timeslot.
If you don't need an appointment, select an activation date.
Submit your order
Give the form a once over, and when you are happy, click Submit to place your order. Keep up to date with your order's progress by checking the Broadband Report. This is also where you will find your credentials for the router.
